Serve at 10-12C.

A single varietal cider made using rare Kingston Black apples from our estate orchard. Barrel

fermented with wild yeast, this cider is a combination of two vintages and aged in barrel since

2023 harvest. Kingston Black apples are known for their ideal balance of acid, soft tannin and

delicate flavour profile & this cider lives up to the varietal reputation.

Originating around 1820 in Somerset, UK, it was once considered the most valuable cider apple in England – the truffle of the cider world.
