A single varietal cider made using rare Kingston Black apples from our estate orchard. Barrel fermented with wild yeast, this cider has a delicate floral aroma and lingering finish. Traditional Method. Serve at 10-12C.
Revered among cider enthusiasts, Kingston Black apples have lovely aroma, naturally balanced acidity and soft tannin profile. Originating around 1820 in Somerset, UK, it was once considered the most valuable cider apple in England – the truffle of the cider world.
