A single varietal, naturally fermented cider using Harry Masters Jersey apples from our estate orchard. Yellow
plums & fresh apricots and a hint of caramel on the aroma, full bodied that finishes with the slatey, mineral
note the variety is known for. Light carbonation. A variety from Somerset, UK from the late 1800s. The name
comes from the man thought to have discovered the variety: Mr. Masters worked as the miller at Yarlington Mill,
Somerset. The ‘jersey’ refers to the shape of the apple. Delicious with a sharp cheddar.
