A single varietal barrel fermented cider using Yarlington Mill apples from our estate orchard. Strong, spicy clove aromatics and soft, supple tannins give the cider it’s distinctive character. Serve at 10-12C.
Originating in Somerset, UK in the late 19th century (near the mill in Yarlington), this apple is renowned for delivering spicy, phenolic aromas with a grippy profile. A true West Country cider.
