Danforth Rd: Dabinett 2021


A single varietal, naturally fermented cider using dabinett apples from our estate orchard. Fermented in oak barrels and aged for 18 months, the dabinett apples bring complex flavours of butterscotch, nutmeg and apricot with a full-bodied finish. Traditional method.

Dabinett apples are a bittersweet apple, originating in Somerset, UK in the 1900s. A classic West Country cider apple, it is widely used in the UK with more recent plantings in North America.
